Our client, a leader in Medical Device Manufacturing, is seeking a 3D Model Finisher to join their team. As a 3D Model Finisher , you will be part of the Digital Engineering (DE) Department supporting the 3D Printing & Prototyping Team . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , strong communication skills , and a proactive mindset , which will align successfully in the organization..

Job Title: 3D Model Finisher

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: 21$/hour

What's the Job?

• Clean and hand-finish 3D printed models while maintaining geometry and tolerances.
• Operate 3D printing equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Use precision measurement tools (digital calipers, GOM) to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain finishing supplies and evaluate new techniques for quality improvement.
• Follow Good Laboratory Practices and safety standards in all tasks.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma required; experience in model finishing or machining preferred.
• Familiarity with 3D printing technologies (SLA, DLP, PolyJet, FFF) is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with clear communication skills.
• Comfortable handling chemicals (IPA) and performing hands-on, detailed work.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
