Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Payrate: $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the Azure Data team responsible for database products, data integration, and data management products.
• Contribute to on-site admin tasks, hardware ordering, inventory management, site space management, and potentially calendaring for executives.
• Typical tasks include participating in meetings, hardware management, calendaring, and team support such as ordering supplies, budget management, and supporting on-site activities.
• Work with experienced executive admins, gaining insights into best practices and tooling.
• Build skills and be part of the team long-term.

Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of experience in the field.
• No specific degree required, but preferred.
• Candidates must be able to commit to on-site work 5 days a week and demonstrate job stability.
• Ability to engage confidently with all organizational levels and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and positive relationship-building skills are essential.

Desired Skills:

• At least 2+ years experience with organizational skills, written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Outlook and Suite applications.
• Strong Excel skills, including familiarity with VLOOKUPs, is a plus.

Pay Transparency:
