• Provide primary care services including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Perform comprehensive physical exams and preventive screenings.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions .
• Prescribe medications and therapies within state and federal guidelines.
• Counsel patients on lifestyle changes, wellness, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic protocols. Provide patient education and ensure continuity of care.

Job Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Georgia.
• Current certification by AANP/ANCC (NPs) or NCCPA (PAs).
• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program. Active DEA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• BLS/ACLS certification (required or within 90 days of hire).
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
