Role Description

Your professional point of view and skill set should lend itself to working collaboratively in an office environment, while able to tackle tasks independently. This position requires comfortability to tackle all aspects of a project.

• Applicants preferably should have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
• Professional or master’s degree from an accredited Architecture program
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape / Rhino, Adobe products, Excel and Word.
• This position requires coordinating project teams, quality control, budgets, schedules, interfacing with Clients, agency personnel, and Contractors.
• Knowledge of building codes and the ability to produce documents for all architectural phases, produce technical details and drawings.
• Research materials, building systems, and products for incorporation into active projects.
• Produce renderings and model complex buildings
• Strong communication skills and able to work in a team environment
• Applicants’ pursuit of an architectural license in the State of California is desirable
