Job Description

Join our team as an Accumulator Assembly Technician, where you will be responsible for deburring, detailing, assembly, and testing of products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality by completing and filing inspection and test reports while maintaining tools and assembly equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform deburring, detailing, assembly, and testing of products.
• Assist with detailing, assembly, and testing of accumulators.
• Detail and assemble standard, special, and custom accumulators.
• Complete and file inspection and test reports.
• Maintain all tools and assembly equipment, reporting any malfunctions.
• Perform or assist with final product operations, including painting, rust prevention, packing, and crating.
• Work from drawings, parts lists, specifications, and instruction manuals.
• Use basic shop mathematics and a variety of inspection tools and gauges.

Essential Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Around 1 year of mechanical assembly experience.
• Around 1 year of blueprint experience.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, including air guns.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with assistance required for heavier loads.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and calipers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Capability to work effectively with hand tools and wiring.
• Experience in carpentry, construction, and assembly line production is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
