Job Description: Serra Ford Farmington is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Car Detailer to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. As a member of our Detail Department, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our vehicles are presented in top condition for our customers—both new and pre-owned. Responsibilities:

• Clean, detail, and prep vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display
• Perform interior and exterior detailing: vacuuming, washing, waxing, polishing, and shampooing
• Ensure vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer standards for cleanliness and presentation
• Operate detailing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with vehicle organization and light lot duties as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work closely with service, sales, and delivery teams to meet daily deadlines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive detailing or car wash preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
