Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation and Service: Skillfully prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to recipes and ensuring quality standards.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a welcoming attitude, take drink orders promptly, and create a friendly environment that enhances their experience.
• Efficient Service: Manage high volumes of orders during peak event times, maintaining speed and accuracy under pressure.
• Inventory and Stock Management: Monitor bar supplies, restock items as necessary, and report shortages or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Cash Handling and Transactions: Accurately handle payments, operate point-of-sale systems, and ensure correct cash management procedures.
• Cleanliness and Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Upselling and Product Knowledge: Use knowledge of drink offerings and promotions to upsell products and answer guest questions about menu items.
