*Certifications: *
* Possession and maintenance of a current, unrestricted license issued by the California Board of Speech Language Pathology Assistant.
* Possession and maintenance of a valid California driver’s license.

*Mandatory Experience: *
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
* Experience in School, acute care, or ICU, or critical care settings preferred
* Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
* Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
* Strong patient care skills and ability to establish rapport with patients
* Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
* Knowledge of speech therapy techniques and interventions
* Experience with online teaching and pedagogy is desired.
* Commitment to maintain currency in the discipline, including use of advanced technology required in the discipline.
