As a Cell Phone Repair Technician , you'll be at the center of our tech repair operations-diagnosing, repairing, and restoring customer devices. In addition to delivering high-quality service work, you'll assist the retail team by offering technical support and solutions that create outstanding customer experiences.

• Pay Range : $19.00–$22.50/hour (includes hourly base, repair incentives, and weekend shift differentials)
• Paid Training : 3-month program with WISE Level 1 & 2 Repair Certifications included

• Electronics Repair : Diagnose and repair phones, tablets, and other small electronics
• Battery Installation : Install batteries in everything from smartphones to vehicles
• Key Fob Programming : Cut and program car keys, remotes, and smart keys with precision and care
• Technical Sales Support : Assist the sales team with expert technical insight
• Operations Support : Assist with inventory, recycling, and store upkeep to ensure smooth daily operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Available for a 40-hour workweek (5 shifts), including weekend shifts
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new technology
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfort with basic math and technology
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• 2-year degree or relevant technical certification
• Prior customer service or retail experience
• Background in electronics or automotive repair
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus
• WISE Level 1 & 2 Certifications a plus
• Passion and teamwork matter more than experience
