Job Description

Exciting opportunities are available for professionals specializing in Orientation and Mobility within K-12 educational settings. This contract position is located in Everett, WA, and involves working closely with visually impaired students to provide essential support and guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Orientation and Mobility Specialist certification
  • Experience working in K-12 environments, particularly with students with visual impairments
  • Strong communication and consultation skills, especially with teachers and other specialists
  • Ability to develop individualized mobility plans
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
  • Proficiency in assessment and evaluation techniques related to mobility

  • Provide orientation and mobility assessments and training to students
