Job Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Claims Adjuster to join a growing team in the Orlando area. In this role, you will investigate and resolve insurance claims efficiently, fairly, and in compliance with applicable laws and policy terms. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, sound judgment, and prior experience handling claims in property, auto, or general liability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims within authority levels and in a timely manner
• Review policy terms, gather supporting documentation, and determine claim validity
• Communicate with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and vendors to gather necessary information
• Negotiate settlements and issue payments or denials in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain accurate claim files and documentation through internal systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth claims resolution process

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in insurance claims adjusting (property, auto, or liability preferred)
• Florida All-Lines Adjuster License (620 or 520) required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Familiarity with claims management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases while maintaining accuracy
