Corporate Litigation Paralegal
Our recruiting firm is partnering with a well-established regional law firm to identify a talented Corporate Litigation Paralegal to join their primary office in Canton, Ohio. This firm has a strong team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff across multiple locations and is known for delivering high-quality legal services in a collaborative environment.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support attorneys on a variety of matters. The successful candidate will work independently on assigned projects, receiving general guidance from attorneys while contributing to the firm’s case management and client support efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and client meetings.
Investigate factual evidence and create exhibits, charts, and diagrams to present information effectively.
Manage paper-based discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, deposition information, and subpoena responses.
Support electronic discovery, including identification, acquisition, organization, and utilization of digital information.
Maintain and update case-management databases.
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas.
Communicate professionally with clients via meetings, phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
Provide administrative support as needed to attorneys.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred
Exceptional attention to accuracy, detail, and grammar
Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and time management skills
Current Notary Public certification (or in process of obtaining) required
Education
Bachelor’s degree with Paralegal Certificate, associate’s degree in paralegal studies, or comparable experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55,000–$65,000, based on experience and education
