We are currently looking for a Tax Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and training personnel on tax return preparation - business and individual
• Preparation of annual tax planning and consultations with clients
• Assisting clients with business structure and the formation of new entities
• Consistently handle the client engagements and build relationships with the client base.
• Strong financial statement analysis skill set
• Experience in financial statement preparation (monthly/quarterly) and able to review financial statements and consult clients on them
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation
• 5+ years experience in taxation and accounting
• CPA License or EA License
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP and preparation of reviewed and compiled financial statements (not required)
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools such as, Thomson Reuters Products (Ultra Tax, GoFile Room), QuickBooks Online and Desktop
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work independently and manage their own projects
• Great communicator with the ability to convey both analysis and findings to management and external clients (verbal and written)
• Ability to research tax topics to answer tax questions and provide guidance
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks online, to review accounting records and provide support to clients
• A team player with strong relationship skills
