CRNA opening in southeastern Washington _x000D x000D_ Located in Clarkston, WA - 106m from Spokane_x000D_ Full-time, permanent opening_x000D_ Hospital-employed position_x000D_ Work in a number of medical environments including critical care floors, operating rooms, and our inpatient wing_x000D_ Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 3pm (sometimes later)_x000D_ Call 1:4 (including weekend rotation)_x000D_ No OB, no heads, no hearts level IV trauma center_x000D_ Competitive compensation package based on skills and experience_x000D_ Comprehensive benefits package_x000D_ Medical, dental vision_x000D_ Retirement (with employer match)_x000D_ They cover med mal, licenses _x000D_ 5 days, plus $5K for CME_x000D_ 232 hrs of PTO (5.8 weeks)_x000D_ Sign on_x000D_ Possible student loan forgiveness _x000D_ Salary is median MGMA_x000D x000D_ Responsibilities: _x000D x000D_ Develop and execute an effective anesthetic plan_x000D_ Manage the patient's airway and respiratory status_x000D_ Monitor patients before, during, and after a medical procedure_x000D_ Prepare operating rooms, set up equipment, layout supplies, and prepare necessary gases_x000D_ Perform regular patient visits and legibly record findings in the patient records_x000D_ Request and assess diagnostic tests_x000D_ Remain up-to-date with the latest advances in the anesthesia field including the introduction of new medical equipment and techniques_x000D x000D_ Requirements: _x000D x000D_ Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant undergraduate degree_x000D_ Minimum of 2 years experience working as a CRNA preferred_x000D_ Must have a current license to practice as a registered nurse_x000D_ Must be skilled in airway management techniques and chronic pain treatment_x000D_ Possess superb communication and interpersonal skills_x000D_ Good understanding of current anesthesia practices and techniques_x000D x000D_ Hospital: _x000D x000D_Hospital serves a 10-county region in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.
