job summary: Consumer goods retailer searching for a data analyst to support new and existing projects. Local to Framingham, MA only. Apply today! location: Framingham, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $35..77 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:

• Partners with various business partners to source data from various data sets
• Identifies new reporting opportunities & creates reports based on business need
• Designs reports and data bases
• Training for end users on reporting
• Documents process flow of reporting
• Demonstrates a keen understanding of data; identifies and translates the connections and core issues to operational and financial controls.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned
• Supports ad-hoc reporting as needed
• Work closely with the business to improve the data collection and quality

qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Required (Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.)
• 1-5 years as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Intermediate to advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel experience
• Advanced Analytical skills
• Experience working with large datasets to extract, manipulate and analyze performance using business intelligence tools
