***$18 - $20 per hour***

Our client in Detroit is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Office Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will ensure a high level of customer service and efficiency in the office.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office
• Manage patient appointments and schedule follow-ups
• Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
• Verify and update patient information and records
• Handle billing and payment processing
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, dental practice management software)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Friendly and professional demeanor

Compensation:
$18-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
