Overview: The Solutions Consultant Advisor is a pivotal role responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their digital marketing needs and recommend tailored solutions that drive success. This role combines expertise in digital marketing strategies with excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust and partnership with clients. The role involves conducting holistic multi-channel digital marketing audits for law firms, assisting sales and client management in articulating the value of our offerings, and creating enablement content while assessing ongoing educational needs across teams. Core Responsibilities for Solutions Consultants: Pre-Sale and Customer Support: Engage with potential customers to identify their digital marketing challenges and goals, conducting thorough needs assessments. Develop and present customized digital marketing proposals and presentations aligned with client objectives and budgets. Collaborate with the sales team to recommend strategic solutions and help close new business deals. Provide ongoing consultation, articulate value, and ensure customer satisfaction and optimal performance of digital marketing solutions post-sale. Strategy Development: Engage with FindLaw customers to identify their digital marketing challenges and goals through needs assessments and data analysis. Develop and present customized digital marketing strategies that align with customer goals and provide a strong foundation for product use. Workflow Management: Marketing Execution & Task Delegation: Manage and execute ongoing marketing work for clients, collaborating with internal teams on SEO, content, and social media tasks to ensure timely delivery. Ongoing Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, including websites, profiles, social media, and directory listings, by reviewing KPIs and metrics. Client Communication & Consultations: Provide continuous consultations to help clients understand the value of their digital marketing solutions, review actions, and set future strategies. Client Retention: Work with sales and client management to recommend solutions that enhance client retention. Coordinate with product, marketing, strategy, and technology teams to relay client feedback and insights for product improvement. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships as a trusted digital marketing advisor. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry challenges to provide relevant advice. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, especially in consulting or customer-facing roles. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. Proficiency with CRM and digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, SEMrush). Ability to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights. Excellent collaboration skills across departments and with clients at all levels. Solution-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and a passion for customer success. Effective time and resource management skills. Experience in the legal industry is a plus but not required.
