Department Information The Kelley School of Business, located on the IUPUI (soon to be IU Indianapolis) campus, invites applications for a Digital Media Manager.
Job Summary Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Consults with website stakeholders to review existing websites and web pages and collaborates on web strategy and desired outcomes.
- Translates design concepts into code (HTML, CSS, and JS).
- Creates web tools and functionality to enhance websites.
- Performs testing and quality assurance of websites and web applications.
- Acts as a liaison between design/creative teams, back-end web developers, and stakeholders to ensure optimal functionality, performance, scalability, and security.
General Responsibilities
- Develops marketing and creative strategies to promote Indiana University through digital channels and increase exposure to a target audience.
- Develops targeting and segmentation approach for digital marketing strategies.
- Reviews and analyzes usage trends and effectiveness of digital marketing strategies; recommends and implements changes as necessary.
- Works with other marketing and web teams to identify a target market and create a marketing campaign for digital technologies.
- Regularly consults with staff, faculty, colleagues, departments, and/or other stakeholders to curate social media content to specific programs, goals, audiences, and objectives.
- Ensures alignment with university mission, strategies, objectives, and brand guidelines across all digital marketing platforms and content.
- Designs user experience interfaces to ensure consistent and engaging platforms.
- May plan and develop integrated digital advertising schedules.

EDUCATION
Required - Bachelor's degree in english, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required - 3 years experience in relevant field

Working Conditions / Demands This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
