Dizario Search has partnered with a leading client in the industrial manufacturing sector to identify a Senior Global Operations Leader to join their organization. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across multi-site manufacturing and engineering operations, spanning two primary facilities in the United States and Europe.

The Senior Global Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing complex, highly automated manufacturing environments while ensuring alignment between engineering, R&D, and operations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned manufacturing executive with deep engineering expertise, a strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to lead teams with discipline, clarity, and accountability in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site manufacturing operations across U.S. and European facilities
• Provide technical and operational leadership to engineering and manufacturing teams
• Establish and drive KPI, metrics, and accountability frameworks across operations
• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives with measurable results
• Partner with Engineering and R&D to improve alignment and execution
• Lead new product introduction in a high-SKU, high-volume manufacturing environment
• Standardize best practices across sites while respecting local requirements
• Support aggressive growth initiatives, including capacity expansion and scalability

Qualifications and Experience

• Engineering degree required (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or Metallurgical)
• Proven multi-site manufacturing leadership experience
• International exposure with willingness to travel approximately 30 percent
• Demonstrated new product introduction experience
• Strong focus on metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive accountability
