We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Document Control Clerk to manage critical documentation and maintain the integrity of our administrative records. As an onsite team member, you'll ensure all clinic documents—from patient records to regulatory files—are properly organized, accurately maintained, and consistently accessible when needed.
Receive, classify, file, and manage incoming and outgoing documents, including treatment records, consent forms, correspondence, and regulatory paperwork.
Maintain version control and document tracking systems to ensure accuracy and ease of retrieval.
Organize digital and physical documentation in a structured format, ensuring secure storage and clear labeling.
Retrieve documents promptly upon request, assisting clinical and administrative staff with efficient access.
Archive outdated records following established retention policies, and assist with secure document disposal when appropriate.
Monitor documentation workflows and propose improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Conduct routine audits to ensure documentation standards are consistently met and address any discrepancies.
Collaborate with therapy staff and administrators to ensure complete, accurate, and timely filing practices.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in records management or administrative support is a plus.
Experience in document control, records management, or administrative roles—preferably in healthcare or clinical settings.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Comfortable working with both digital systems and physical filing processes.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
