Job Description

A large construction client of Insight Global's is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our team in Muskogee, Oklahoma , working onsite five days a week . This role is critical in supporting construction and design operations by managing documentation workflows, coordinating with contractors, and driving process improvements across the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contractor documentation via Aconex; track RFIs, submittals, QA/QC records.
• Coordinate document hand-offs across scoping, design, and construction phases.
• Organize and lead project meetings; ensure team readiness.
• Maintain document logs, share files, and support print coordination.
• Improve data tracking tools and streamline document workflows.
• Interface with vendors/subcontractors to ensure compliance and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in document control or admin roles in construction, architecture, or design.
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Aconex, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Documentum, MS Project preferred.
• Self-starter with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MS Teams for virtual collaboration.

Benefits and Compensation

$30-60/hour
