Military members who are selected for the program are not employed by Republic Services or compensated by the Company. The DOD will continue to maintain the military member's current rate of pay and benefits while in the SkillBridge program.Once you complete your DOD SkillBridge program you will have the opportunity to apply for paid positions at Republic Services.
