As a Field Service Technician, you will shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.
What you will do:
Service printer/copier products with minimum assistance
Troubleshoot basic printing issues, able to determine printer vs network issues.
Able to install scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer environment.
Manage inventory to company specifications.
Maintain car, tool kit and supplies.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and employees.
Provide sales support to include advising sales about problems or sales leads.
Maintain professional appearances
Maximizing equipment up-time through timely repair
Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction.
Managing time to be most effective
What we are seeking:
Prior experience in maintaining and repairing office equipment required ( Canon ,
HP , Lexmark, Okidata, Ricoh, Sharp, and Xerox experience required).
Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills.
Knowledge of basic networking
Computer and analytical skills
A high school diploma is required, and an electronics or computer associate degree is preferred.
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes.
You must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence, and have a clean driving record.
Ability to troubleshoot printers/copiers and work independently
