*Job Summary* We are seeking experienced Roofers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in roofing and construction, demonstrating proficiency in various techniques and tools. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and safety on the job site while collaborating effectively with team members to complete projects efficiently.

• Responsibilities*
• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine project specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various roofing tasks.
• Perform heavy lifting as required to transport materials and equipment on-site.
• Conduct inspections of roofs to assess conditions and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, plumbers, and masons, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in estimating project costs and timelines based on construction plans.
• Skills*
• Proficiency in construction estimating and blueprint reading.
• Extensive experience with hand tools, power tools, and various roofing materials.
• Strong background in carpentry, framing (including metal stud framing), masonry, concrete forming, restoration, remodeling, caulking, trim carpentry, tile laying, and welding.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
• Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:
