This is not your typical associate role. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of challenging, meaningful cases early in your career-think contested custody battles, complex financial disputes, and high-stakes appeals. • 2-5+ years of family law or domestic relations experience

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Experience managing contested or high-conflict litigation

• Six-figure base salary with performance-based bonus potential

• 1800 billable hour target
