Responsibilities Providing operational support to franchise owners, including helping with day‑to‑day operations and delivering guidance on strategic planning. Communicating with the franchisor to keep them updated on franchisee status and providing feedback on the franchise system. Gathering and analyzing data to track franchisee performance and identify areas for improvement. Motivating and coaching franchisees, including giving feedback, helping them set goals, and celebrating their successes. Enforcing franchise compliance to ensure owners follow the franchisor’s rules and regulations. Required Qualifications Experience: 5 years in franchise, business consulting, or as a small business owner. Understanding of profit & loss statements and how to drive profitability. Knowledge of a variety of field‑operation concepts, practices, and procedures. Proven experience building relationships. Outstanding communication skills. Mastery of MS Office. Sense of humor. A track record of setting goals and delivering results. Enthusiastic learner with a positive attitude. Leadership skills, business acumen, and problem‑solving ability. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 25% travel. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: commensurate with experience.
