Job Description

Senior Concierge (Site Concierge) Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Working under the supervision of the Lead Concierge, the Site Concierge provides 24?hour onsite concierge services to support the safety and well?being of residents, staff, and the building. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Report building concerns to appropriate parties to ensure safety.
  • Receive and distribute packages, food deliveries, and mail to residents.
  • Collate with PSHP case management staff.
  • Provide de?escalation services and report pertinent information to case managers and Lead Staff.
  • Assist in planning and organizing recreational activities and events.
  • Communicate via two?way radio devices for real?time updates and emergency response.
  • Remain awake and alert throughout the entire assigned shift.
  • Complete intake for new residents, including placement of belongings.
  • Submit Unusual Incident Reports in HTH and other required databases promptly.
  • Document concerns, strengths, needs, activities, or incidents in HTH; report emergencies directly to PSH case management.
  • Participate in on?site and off?site activities with residents.
  • Maintain sign?in/out sheets for residents, vendors, and guests.
  • Maintain confidentiality of consumer treatment records.
  • Ensure program compliance with federal agencies, DC regulations, and DC rulemaking.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents.
  • Support residents engagement activities to meet immediate and long?term needs.
  • Encourage residents to use onsite supportive services.
  • Comply with required documentation and data collection for program implementation and evaluation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist, outreach specialist, shelter staff, or resident assistance, or 1 year of experience working with marginalized populations.
  • Responsible for safety and security of staff and residents 24?h/7?d.



Additional Information

Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
