We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper with a background in real estate operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee various accounting functions, including tax preparation, payroll management, HR duties, and property insurance administration. This position requires proficiency in QuickBooks and AppFolio and the ability to manage and coordinate with a virtual assistant, bookkeeper, and intern. **Responsibilities:**
