We are looking for talented hair stylists and barbers who are passionate about cutting hair for our location in Rancho San Diego! The average hair stylist on our team brings home over $26/hr on average. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing in person training from the best coaches in the industry to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. We're easy driving distance to our training center in Kearny Mesa, where you're paid to go to class.

• Guaranteed hourly base pay for stylists ranging from $17-23 (Cash tips taken home daily!)

Requirements

• A valid CA cosmetology license is required
• Cutting experience in a salon preferred however not required – fresh out of beauty school or new to men’s haircuts? We will train you!
• Ability to provide an exceptional client experience
• Industry passion
