Position Summary Seeking highly motivated, results‑driven Locum Physician Recruiters to join our team. This role is focused on high‑volume physician sourcing and recruitment across multiple medical specialties. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is relentless with outbound activity, and is passionate about building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Success in this role is measured by production metrics, placement outcomes, and the ability to generate consistent pipelines of qualified locum tenens physicians. Key Responsibilities Outbound Recruiting: Conduct high‑volume outbound calls, emails, texts, and LinkedIn outreach to source, engage, and recruit physicians for locum tenens opportunities nationwide. Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call activity and talk time goals. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple specialties (e.g., Radiology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, Psychiatry, Primary Care, etc.). Candidate Relationship Management: Develop long‑term relationships with physicians by understanding their career goals, availability, and preferences. Present and promote available locum opportunities to candidates while effectively “selling” the assignment benefits. Negotiate compensation, assignment details, and travel requirements in partnership with credentialing and business development teams. Production & KPI Focus: Drive results by hitting weekly and monthly KPI metrics (calls, candidate submissions, prescreens, placements). Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all candidate activity in Bullhorn. Track progress toward production goals and proactively adjust recruiting strategies to maximize placements. Partner closely with business development, credentialing, and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding and assignment fulfillment. Communicate market feedback and competitive intelligence to management to improve recruiting strategies. Qualifications & Skills Proven success in a high‑volume recruiting, staffing, or sales role (preferably healthcare or locum tenens). Strong production mindset—comfortable with outbound calls, persistence, and meeting aggressive KPIs. Ability to recruit across multiple physician specialties with adaptability and resourcefulness. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated, competitive, and resilient with a strong sense of urgency. Proficient in CRM/ATS systems, and online recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, AI etc.). Performance Metrics Daily/weekly call volume and talk time. Number of new candidates recruited and added to the pipeline. Number of qualified candidate submissions. Revenue contribution generated from successful assignments.
