TOPPER'S, Nantucket's only AAA Five-Diamond Rated restaurant, offers a la carte and prix fixe menus showcasing seasonally inspired cuisine with an emphasis on local produce and seafood.

The Wauwinet, a Relais & Chateaux hotel and proud member of White Elephant Resorts, a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts located on Nantucket, Massachusetts, Palm Beach, Florida, and Aspen, Colorado, is currently accepting applications for the year-round management position of Housekeeping Manager, to oversee all housekeeping operations for The Wauwinet.  This position involves managing, training and overseeing the performance of all housekeepers, housekeeping supervisors and housemen.

*The Housekeeping Manager is a year-round position for benefits purposes working 10 months of the year March 1st – December 31st.  This position begins March 1, 2026.

Applicants should work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible with schedule, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor. Experience with computers and Microsoft Office essential.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in a high-volume housekeeping operation as well as management/supervisory experience in a Hotel/Resort environment.

*This position requires relocation to Nantucket

Other important aspects of this position include the ability to:

• Manage day-to-day operation of a busy housekeeping department in a luxury setting and ensure adherence to company standards
• Interact with employees and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all housekeeping personnel
• Manage daily payroll of housekeeping department
• Maintain a professional working relationship with all departments
• Maintain routine inventory controls and manage purchasing as required
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards for all of our employees and guests
