YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR INBOUND CALL REPRESENTATIVE - CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

In this Inbound Call Representative - Client Support Specialist role, you'll spend your day connecting with customers over the phone, greeting them with professionalism and warmth. You'll manage emails and voicemails, make sure messages get to the right place, and use ServiceTitan to book and confirm appointments. You'll keep clients informed about technician schedules, assist with dispatching, and follow up to make sure every customer is satisfied. Along the way, you'll also help generate leads, support scheduling, and contribute to a smooth, efficient office flow. At every step, you'll be assisting customers to feel valued and cared for.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR INBOUND CALL REPRESENTATIVE - CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Prior customer service, call center, or office experience required
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred (but not required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or the construction industry is preferred
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
