NOW HIRING: Industrial Painters

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay: $18 $25/hr (Based on Experience)

At Smart Inc. , we specialize in delivering high-quality attraction and industrial services. We're currently seeking skilled Industrial Painters to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for detail, experience with spray painting, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.

• Paint sheet metal components and other surfaces using various techniques
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, airbrushes, spray guns)
• Apply catalyzed paints and perform spray work with precision
• Use viscosity cups and thickness gauges to ensure proper paint application
• Safely dispose of chemical waste and maintain a clean work environment
• Follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE such as goggles and respirators
• Perform touch-ups and polish metallic surfaces as needed
• Ensure proper ventilation and drying conditions after painting

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with spray guns and industrial painting techniques
• Familiarity with technical machinery and painting tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be safety-conscious and reliable
