What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with various teams to maximize efficiency and utilize Salesforce features based on user needs
• Analyze current practices and create improvement strategies, including business cases and measurement plans
• Provide troubleshooting, user support, and administration of the Salesforce system
• Manage third?party applications, conduct testing, and maintain system documentation
• Oversee ongoing data maintenance and develop strategies for data management

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum 6 years of hands?on experience as a Salesforce Analyst or Administrator
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience with Salesforce at a nonprofit
• Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and third?party applications
• Strong problem?solving and analytic skills demonstrated in process mapping and re?engineering

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• In?depth knowledge of the Nonprofit Success Pack and experience with custom fields, coding, and integrations
• Experience with email marketing
• Strong reporting background using Salesforce reporting tools and third?party applications
