Description:

The Leasing Agent/Assistant supports PRC’s property management team with apartment leasing and lease administration. This hybrid role includes conducting apartment tours, assisting prospective tenants, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable working in both field and office environments.

Leasing Agent Duties

• Conduct apartment tours and respond to leasing inquiries.
• Assist with lease applications, renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination.
• Support tenant relations and resolve basic inquiries.
• Maintain accurate leasing documentation.
• Assist with marketing efforts and property listings.

Lease Administration Support

• Assist with lease preparation, compliance, and data accuracy in Yardi.
• Collaborate with the Lease Administrator to review and countersign leases, renewals, transfers, and roommate changes.
• Process applications, screenings, and move-in/move-out packages.
• Provide onsite leasing support and coverage as needed.
• Maintain occupant relationships and ensure accuracy of lease and financial records.
• Compile reports (renewals, rent-rolls, audits) and assist with market and leasing analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, HUD, and local regulations.
• Provide Elise AI and general administrative support to Property Management and Leadership.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, and Property Management to resolve discrepancies.

• 1–3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or administrative support
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Yardi preferred
• Familiarity with Elise AI or similar AI-powered leasing assistant/CRM platform is a plus
