Expand Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced MHE Operators to join our client’s team in Delta. This role requires hands-on experience in material handling equipment (MHE), ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Only open to candidates with an Open Work Permit, PR, or Canadian Citizenship who are fully available for long-term, full-time work.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a variety of MHE equipment , including:

  • Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift

  • Reach Truck

  • Order Picker

  • Narrow Aisle

• Load, unload, stage, and transport materials and pallets throughout the facility.

• Conduct pre-operational inspections on equipment and report any issues immediately.

• Support shipping and receiving areas with timely material supply and product movement.

• Perform accurate picking, scanning, and inventory control using RF scanners and WMS systems.

• Assist in set-up, operation, and shutdown of assigned warehouse equipment when required.

• Follow safety procedures and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.

• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness at all times.

• Perform minor troubleshooting or adjustments on equipment when necessary.

• Support routine preventive maintenance tasks and log activity.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational targets.

Qualifications:

• Valid Forklift Operator Certifications :

  • Counterbalance

  • Reach Truck

  • Order Picker

• Minimum 1–2 years of MHE operating experience , preferably with Crown machines .

• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and WHMIS.

• Knowledge of SAP is an assest

• Experience in warehouse environments is a must.

• Physically fit; able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing for long periods, and repetitive movements (bending, squatting, reaching).

• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment .

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Shift Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
