Overview: We are a fast-growing compounding pharmacy based in Falls Church, VA is seeking a dynamic and personable Outside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive business growth and cultivate strong relationships with healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with experience in compounding, and possess a passion for functional and holistic medicine. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with functional medicine and holistic healthcare providers in the territory Promote and educate prescribers on compounded pharmaceutical products and services Identify provider needs and offer custom-tailored solutions through consultative selling techniques Set appointments, conduct in-person meetings, and maintain an active call and visit schedule Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while ensuring strong follow-up and relationship nurturing Document all activities, appointments, and communications in CRM and other reporting tools with a high degree of accuracy Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to support new business initiatives and ensure client satisfaction Monitor territory performance metrics and contribute to strategy and forecasting Qualifications: 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience required Previous experience with compounding pharmacies strongly preferred Background or established relationships in functional or holistic medicine a major plus Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to offer solutions, not just products Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with high-level medical professionals Excellent sales acumen with a drive to meet and exceed targets Experience in sales management or team leadership a plus Highly organized and comfortable with CRM tools and documentation Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in the field Pay- $80k- $120k PLUS COMMISSION!!!
