Job Summary :

As a Paint Shop Helper, your role is to support the team by assisting with cleaning and movement of products while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Your primary responsibility will be preparing products for painting including sanding, polishing and fiberglass work to ensure high quality and visually appealing products.

 

We are seeking an individual with a positive mindset and attention to detail to join our team. Candidates must be willing to work hard in a fast-paced team environment and under pressure to meet deadlines.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the paint shop area.
• Prepare products for painting, including sanding, polishing and fiberglass work.
• Move products in and out of the paint booth safely and efficiently.
• Provide general support to paint shop technician(s) as needed.

 

Qualifications:

• Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Autobody or marine painting experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
