Distribution Associate

Join a dynamic and growing team as a Distribution Associate. We are looking for motivated individuals to play a crucial role in our distribution operations. This position offers a stable work environment in a company experiencing significant growth.

Responsibilities:

• Process and audit orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Tailor company products to meet specific customer requirements.
• Pack products efficiently and securely for shipment.
• Ship orders to the designated customer locations promptly.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Collect and compact cardboard for recycling.
• Sort and count parts to maintain accurate inventory records.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in inventory management.
• Proficiency in picking and packing processes.
• Skills in production and order picking.
• Knowledge of packaging and shipping procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with receiving and labeling processes.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of Milan, IL.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits include medical, dental & vision, critical illness, accident, and hospital coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short and long-term disability, health spending account, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, and time off/leave.
