1. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
1.1. 1 year experience working with department's Data Modernization Workforce Development Team;
1.2. 3-5 years' experience performing enterprise-wide assessments regarding data handling, analytics, and interpretation by assessing employee's current skill sets and expertise levels within an organization with greater than 5,000 employees;
1.3. 3-5 years' experience conducting program evaluation (process and outcome) and developing reports that examine and disseminate findings regarding impact and recommendations for improvements;
1.4. 3-5 years' experience facilitating focus groups and planning sessions;
1.5. 3-5 years' experience collaborating with program directors and support staff to develop and evaluate programmatic initiatives, pilots and program enhancements to enhance data science and informatics competencies;
1.6. 3-5 years' experience using frameworks and benchmarks to compare a public health organization's data handling, analytics, and interpretation competencies against public health industry best practices;
1.1. 3-5 years' experience preparing training course outlines in digital and traditional media formats;
1.2. Demonstrated experience collecting, managing, and presenting data and information using digital tools such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint);
1.3. Demonstrated experience working with public health organizations;
