Position Summary:
Performs technical aspects of radiography that lead to completed radiographic procedures with complete clinical history. Operates radiological equipment in a filmless environment, administering medical x-rays on injured and/or sick patients as directed by physicians following accepted procedures and policies. Checks the technical aspects of radiographs to determine the exactness of position and technique, assists radiologists as needed, prepares study for interpretation, and provides quality patient care. Assists in the day-to-day operations of The Urgent Care/ crossed trained as Clinical Assistant.
V. Qualifications:
A. Education: Registered with the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) and certified by the state of Texas required. Certified Medical Technologist (CMT) required
B. Training and Experience: Hospital experience preferred but not required. Current BLS certification thru the American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire.

VI. Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
