Remote Insurance Defense Attorney

Location: Remote, California (CA Bar?admitted required)

Pay Range: $115,000 - $175,000 per year

A well?established and respected law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its growing practice in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a CA Bar?admitted attorney with 1?5 years of litigation experience who is looking to gain hands?on responsibility while maintaining flexibility and work?life balance.

What Youll Do

• Handle insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Take and defend depositions; participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Analyze liability and damages and develop effective case strategies
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with partners and team members in a fast?paced litigation environment

What Were Looking For

• Active California Bar membership in good standing (required)
• 1-5 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases independently with appropriate supervision
• Organized, efficient, and responsive work style
• Comfortable working in a fully remote setting
