We have Open Shifts and commit PART-TIME, FULL-TIME or PRN with us! Apply for our active cases in the areas of: Kirby, Geronimo, Devine, Floresville, New Braunfels, Austin, Corpus Christi, McAllen, Edinburg, Mission.
The right fit for this position will have the passion nursing Pediatric patients. Experience with tracheostomy, g-tube and vent cares would be an asset.

Essential Responsibilities:
Provide Private Duty Nursing in the homes of our patients: 1:1 Patient care
Implementation of physician’s prescribed plan of care
Provide quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Patient assessments, coordination of care
Administration of prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
Reliably follow shift schedule
Compliant, timely documentation of care provided in system of record
Health promotion, teaching and training of family member
Communicating with other team nurses and Clinical Management
Responsible for accepting and writing verbal orders from physicians as required and for obtaining co-signature of Case Manager on all verbal orders
Performs other appropriate duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Must be willing to provide in home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
Experience with trach care, G-Tube, ventilator is a plus
Experience is preferred, but new nurse grads are always welcome to grow with us.
