Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Director for the Cybersecurity & Risk Services (CRS) Service Line, responsible for driving sales in our security group. The ideal candidate will have experience in Cybersecurity services, including IAM, GRC, SOC, SIEM, compliance, and risk management, with a focus on selling to New Age & Software & Gaming sectors. The role involves consulting-led sales in Enterprise Security, with locations in Sealte or Bay Area.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and client expansion in Enterprise Security Solutions offerings
  • Manage presales consulting and architect solutions according to customer demands
  • Responsible for revenue management for the region/accounts
  • Create business development plans for assigned sectors/accounts
  • Ownership of both farming and hunting accounts
  • Collaborate with virtual teams to create value propositions
  • Lead large bid processes with virtual teams
  • Engage with CXOs to develop the security business
  • Represent the team in steering committees and resolver groups
  • Coordinate with teams to transition and roll out SOC solutions
  • Design security solutions tailored to customer IT security requirements
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure high CSAT scores
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Manage end-to-end bid processes for security programs
  • Promote security solutions and convert them into opportunities
  • Demonstrate customer-oriented approach with commercial acumen
  • Maintain effective communication and market knowledge of industry trends
  • Self-motivated and proactive in generating business
  • Work as an individual contributor

Expected annual pay ranges from $127,000 to $190,000, with eligibility for Wipros benefits including medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
