Job Description

A full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) opportunity is available in an elementary K-12 school setting from August 13, 2025, through May 28, 2026. This contract position requires an Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant credential as well as a Professional Educator License (PEL). The role is based in Bellwood, IL, and offers consistent hours throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Possession of a Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to assist with health-related needs in a school environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily nursing care and support to students with medical and physical needs
• Assist with health screenings, medication administration, and monitoring of student health conditions
• Collaborate with school staff and health professionals to maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Document and report health concerns and incidents as required
• Support individualized healthcare plans for students
