Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A hybrid role for a School Psychologist is available in Vernon, CT, supporting elementary-level students through a contract position lasting for the duration of three consecutive maternity leaves, anticipated to extend until the end of the current school year. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a preferred commitment of five days per week, though a minimum of three days is acceptable.
Key responsibilities include providing counseling services, conducting psychological testing, and participating in Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings. The caseload will encompass approximately 30 students, ranging in age from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 5, within an elementary school setting.
