ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and passionate BCBAto support K-12 students for aschool district in McClellan, CA. The BCBA will provide behavioral therapy and support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance students social, emotional, and academic success. This role involves working closely with educators, families, and support staff to ensure the effective implementation of individualized behavior plans.

• Position : Contract BCBA
• Type: W2 Employment
• Location: K-12th grade | 1-2school sites | 20 students on caseload
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 - 3:30
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
• Payment: Weekly direct deposit
• Contract length: 8/1/2025 - 5/29/2026

• Conduct behavioral assessments to identify students needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address students behavioral and academic goals.
• Provide training and support to teachers, staff, and families in implementing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments.
• Provide direct therapy to students as needed, including one-on-one and group sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide behavioral input to support student goals.

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - National licensure required
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other professionals.
