As we grow, we are seeking dependable and professional security contractors to join our expanding team.
Position Summary:We are looking for experienced and self-motivated Security Guards to work as 1099 independent contractors. As a representative of SAPP Enforcement, you will provide a visible deterrent to crime, enforce property rules, and ensure the safety and security of clients and their property.
Key Responsibilities:Patrol designated areas by foot or vehicle to monitor for suspicious activity, unauthorized individuals, and safety hazards.
Secure entrances, exits, and perimeter of client properties.
Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms or disturbances.
Write detailed incident and activity reports.
Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and client requests.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and local law enforcement when necessary.
Follow all post orders and company protocols.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
Must possess a valid state-issued security license/guard card (if required by state).
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
Strong communication and observation skills.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
Must be punctual, professional, and self-disciplined.
