The Role

As our Team lead / Shift Supervisor , you'll be the heartbeat of our operations: leading from the front lines, ensuring seamless pick, pack, and ship processes, and fostering a high-performance team. This isn't a desk job—it's a hands-on role where you'll dive into daily operations, train your crew, and tackle challenges head-on. Earn our trust, and this position opens doors to Sales Operations and beyond. We're hiring immediately for the right go-getter who's ready to commit and contribute.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse shifts, including pick, pack, ship, product evaluation and inventory control to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing hands-on guidance and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Identify and resolve operational issues with sharp critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all processes to uphold our quality standards.
• Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking, reporting, and process optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement to support our growth goals.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with strong knowledge of pick/pack/ship workflows and inventory control.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with team members and collaborate across departments.
• Sharp attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Critical thinker who excels at problem-solving in real-time.
• Solid computer proficiency (e.g., warehouse management software, Microsoft Office).
• A hardworking attitude: Willing to jump in and get the job done, no matter the task.
• Bonus: Experience in employee training and a passion for operational excellence.

High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse supervisory experience a plus. Must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends as needed.
