Overview: The Beat Music Academy is seeking a highly motivated and creative Part-Time Social Media Manager to establish and manage our presence across various social media platforms. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and promote our music education programs and events.

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the academy's goals and objectives.
  2. Channel Creation: Create and set up official social media accounts for The Beat Music Academy on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others as deemed appropriate.
  3. Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and other multimedia formats.
  4. Campaign Management: Plan and schedule social media campaigns, promotions, and advertisements to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  5. Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community and foster meaningful connections.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
  7. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and implement innovative approaches to maximize impact and stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Cross-Platform Integration: Coordinate social media activities with other marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, website updates, and offline events, to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
  9. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, communications, and program teams, to align social media activities with overall organizational objectives and messaging.
  10. Community Management: Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand the academy's reach and enhance its reputation within the music education community.

  6. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
